This seat is sold as two separate halves, which are bolted together when in position with the solid brass bolts supplied. It should be noted that the site around old trees is rarely level. In such cases we recommend the construction of a brick or stone plinth which should extend beyond the seat so ones feet may be comfortably rested when seated.
